Here at Direct Drainage we have a comprehensive in-house knowledge of waste water treatment processes, pumping stations, oil tanks, separators and rainwater harvesting systems. The ET120 air blower by Charles Austen Pumps ensures that there is plenty of water movement in wastewater applications; this boosts oxygen levels in the water, allowing aerobic bacteria to decompose. When used in medical applications, the ET series provides a high flow at low pressure. All Enviro® pumps are covered by a two year warranty on the pump motor. To validate this warranty, the aerator must be serviced on a yearly basis. We recommend that the consumables including the diaphragms and filter are changed at this point.

Once your request is approved, a valid Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) will be issued to initiate the returns process along with information on how & where to return your order along with any costs involved. Please be aware that returning a tank can be complicated and expensive, so please check that you are ordering the correct item (we suggest checking the dimensions very carefully). HIAB delivery will be required if you need the tank offloaded from the delivery vehicle. The driver will unload the tank from the vehicle to ground level, however this service is not to place the tank in situ, this will need to be arranged separately.
